True provides an annual training model that provides logistical convenience and a balanced model for our families. With training options in every season, our on-field opportunities are the backbone of our program. Our expert staff of coaches and directors work to help make goals and milestones a reality.

Simply put – we train more. Our players get access to the sport’s most comprehensive training curriculum, paired to match skill level and experience. We don’t just develop lacrosse players – we create all-around athletes. Our foundational approach translates to all sports and systems.

As the most prolific recruitment platform in club lacrosse, we’ll start on day one to put together a plan and set of attainable goals to further the development of our players and help them achieve significant milestones along the way.

  • Meet with True’s recruiting directors to establish goals and identify prospective collegiate institutions  
  • Understand grade-specific recruiting timeline to be prepared for each step 
  • Attend multiple National ID exposure events 
  • Work with True directors to curate and gather feedback on highlight-film and reels

  • Steadfast attention to excellence in the classroom; academics remain a top priority 
  • Strive to secure a roster spot on True National for elite exposure 
  • Attend True-hosted recruiting workshops and seminars with top NCAA representatives 
  • Utilize True’s Recruiting Directors to schedule direct conversations or campus visits  
  • Have our staff review your admissions material, highlight-reels, and correspondence to ensure optimal athletic + academic relevance
